GETC optimizes product enhancement and recovery rate through continuous innovation in technology and techniques essential in addressing these challenges in the industry. We aim to deploy Micro-Emulsion Breaker Technology in all the validated candidate wells drilled with Oil Base Mud and Water based mud in Nigeria, so they can produce at their full potential.
Micro-Emulsion Breaker Chemical Technology
This unique technology reverses the damage caused by the drilling mud to the reservoir near wellbore and restores it back to its original virgin state and permeability - thereby enabling the well's production to increase. We typically see production increases ranging from 200% to over 1000%. Similarly, injection wells show huge increase in injection rates at a fraction of the usual injection pressures, leading to better sweep efficiencies.
GETC's deployment of Micro-Emulsion Breaker technology for well remediation & filter cake removal services in Nigeria have achieved an average production increase of about 600%.
Well Bore Clean Up Services
We provide novel chemical formulations for Well Bore Clean Up services and this application is geared towards addressing Filter Cake Removal in the Drilling phase or while running Completion strings.
Results from wells cleaned up by this novel Filter Cake Removal technique typically show about 300% increase in productivity compared with similar wells that were treated with conventional chemicals.
